Subject	What is everyone using for transmission fluid?

Message	My car has had a 4th gear grind ever since I got it. I changed to Royal Purple but that did little to help the problem. My research tells me quite a few people are using Redline with good results. My other option is BG Synchroshift which was recommended by Specialty Z. Any other advice before I pull the trigger on one of these two?
